At Double D Solutions, we prioritize making the credit process easy and efficient for our customers. Our typical credit approval process is completed same day, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.

Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, which also serves as our platform for processing credit card and debit card transactions. Additionally, we accept payments via cash, check, and ACH. Please note that cash payments are only accepted upon pickup or delivery when handled by a Double D Express driver; we do not accept cash on deliveries through other carriers.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are Net 30 days, unless previously discussed and agreed otherwise. We understand that every business is different, and depending on your credit rating, we may be able to work out custom payment arrangements to ensure your business keeps moving forward, even during challenging times.

Late Payments & Collections

If payment has not been received or no effort has been made to contact us by 90 days, the account will be referred to collections on day 91. We encourage open communication to avoid any disruptions.
